Integrated Piling Rigs, IHC Fundex, Holland

The product range of IHC Fundex includes the foundation products such as Hydraulic foundationLarge Foundations Rigs machines, Rotary heads, Ring vibrators and Power packs. IHC Fundex also makes special machines, built as per customer requirement. The experience of IHC Fundex on certain soil displacement drilling equipment is unique in the whole world.

FN 14 Hydraulic foundation machine: Multipurpose foundation machine with a leader length of 24 mtrs. Suitable for driving of precast piles, steel tubes, sheet piles and for drilling of CFA piles.

F12SE Hydraulic foundation machine: Multipurpose foundation machine with a maximum leader length of 37 mtrs. It is suitable for pile driving and soil displacement drilling. The maximum pile length with drilling is up to approximately 29 mtrs.

F15 Hydraulic foundation machine: Multipurpose foundation machine with a maximum leader length of 46 mtrs. It is suitable for pile driving and soil displacement drilling. The maximum pile length with drilling is up to approximately 40 mtrs.

TUBEX TBX 35 Hydraulic foundation machine: Unique machine designed for soil displacement drilling in limited space and height. Sound isolated power pack with Deutz diesel engine is counterweight as well. The maximum torque of the integrated rotary head is 350 kNm.

FDE (Fundex Drilling Equipment): IHC FUNDEX rotary heads run dynamically and are available in a wide range of sizes. The years of experience with the heavy soil displacement drilling is also used for the design and construction of the smaller rotary heads that can be used for CFA purposes. Besides the components made by IHC FUNDEX, all other components are supplied by high quality, well known manufacturers.

FVE (Fundex Vibratory Equipment): IHC FUNDEX ring vibrators do not only have a very high centrifugal force but also have a relatively low weight. The ring vibrators are designed for the extraction of steel tubes for an efficient and fast production of cast in situ piles (vibro & vibro combi piles).
